Question
LittleNeutrino Veteran
I ran into an issue today where I rebooted my PC and the Gigabyte Control Center completely lost the menus for controlling the Fan speeds on my PC.
I did a bit of research and was unable to find any articles anywhere on how to resolve this and some of those requests for help went back many years.
I did manage to find a solution.
Windows Defender "Memory Isolation" was enabled during that reboot. The Gigabyte software is unable to use the Performance tools and Fan controls while Memory Isolation is enabled on Windows Defender on with Windows 10 and 11.
Disabling that features and rebooting the PC did the trick.
I hope this can help other people in the same boat.
