I am interested in what I would have gotten on Vista

You would of gotten just 5.9.

I'm finding it funny that people are getting 7.9 for the ATi 4800 series cards, but someone has a 4870x2 and only gets 6.3 and I have a 3870x2 and I only get 6.2. Seems the scoring system is broken some how...

Yes, the WinSat scoring system broke in 7057. 7100 shows a little improvement, but it's still not fixed.

leph555's screenshot is from a build before 7057.

That is still one of the better WEIs from the 64-bit Division.

Here's Da Breakdown of (likely) the Division's Official Snail:

Intel Celeron DC E1200 (1.60 GHz@800 MHz FSB stock; 2.67 GHz@1333 MHz FSB actual): 6.1

Memory: 1 GB (Corsair 5-5-5-18 1 GB x1 PC2-6400): 4.5

Graphics: HIS Radeon HD3450 256 MB PCIe : 3.6 (the Weakest Link)

Gaming graphics: 511 MB total available memory (255 MB shared system memory): 5.1

Primary hard disk: WD Caviar 40 GB PATA (ex-Dell): 5.4

Here's the same system after shifting entirely to 7 (still RC 64-bit) as sole OS:

Going from 4GB to 8GB does not matter, If you changed from 800Mhz to 1200Mhz memory then it would make a difference, it rates speed not the amount of memory.

Yes, I am well aware of that, but what does matter is that the ram I am buying is of a different brand, and has different CAS latency to the ram I am currently using.

Seeing most people getting low scores on ram. Some with even 4gigs. Is it because most are DDR2? or is it just a timing thing

I have the low RAM score because I only have a gigabyte of CAS 5 DDR2; I have the low WEI and graphics score because I have HD3450 PCIe with but 256 MB of DDR2. Both are due for upgrades.
