Ferrari will be launching their new 2002 contender, the F2002, in less than an hour and just prior to the unveiling the Italian team announced that they have signed a new sponsorship agreement with AMD for the upcoming 2002 and 2003 seasons.
AMD, one of the world's leading suppliers of computer processors, will be supporting the world championship winning outfit in all areas of computer technology with particular emphasis on engineering data processing and analysis. AMD will be unveiled on the livery of the new Ferrari F1-2002 at the team's launch in Maranello today.
