As usual, Lenovo is making a bunch of announcements for IFA this year. Along with a new gaming laptop and some new premium PCs, it's also got some new tablets and a smart home accessory for us.
First up is the Tab P11 Pro, which is the most premium Android tablet that Lenovo has ever made. It's powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G chipset, and it has an 11.5-inch 2560x1600 OLED display, supporting HDR10 and Dolby Vision HDR. The bezels come in at 6.9mm on all four sides.
Along with a premium screen, it has four JBL speakers with 2.5cc chambers that are optimized by Dolby Atmos. And being something called 'Pro', it does have pen support and an attachable keyboard, although these are optional, so don't expect to find them standard in the box.
The Tab P11 Pro is coming in November, starting at $499.
Then there's the Tab M10 HD Gen 2, which includes a new Kids Space feature, which is from Google. Kids Space includes apps, books, and video recommendations that are based on a kid's interests. The tablet itself has a MediaTek P22T, a 10.1-inch 1280x800 screen, and more. It's coming in September, starting at $129.99.
Finally, the Smart Clock Essential is a more basic version of the Smart Clock, which is powered by Google Assistant. The screen essentially tells the time, but it has the added power of Google Assistant, meaning that you can set timers, ask questions, play music, and so on. The interesting thing about the Smart Clock Essential is that it only costs $49.99. It's coming in September.
