Microsoft adds four more games to Xbox One Backward Compatibility list

Microsoft today added four more Xbox 360 games to the Xbox One Backward Compatibility list. Today's additions include Battlestations: Midway, Dragon's Lair, Jurassic Park: The Game, Tour de France 2011.

Those four titles are the only ones that were added this week. They typically show up on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but last week didn't see any additions on Tuesday either, with three being added on Thursday.

Here are today's additions:

Battlestations: Midway ($19.99 / £19.99)

An immense action game that drops players into the biggest air, sea and undersea battles of the Pacific War.

Dragon's Lair ($9.99 / £6.75)

Dragon's Lair, one of the most beloved arcade games of all time can now be enjoyed from the comfort of your couch. This fully arcade authentic version is fully playable with Kinect or the Xbox 360 controller so you can really show how well you wield Dirk's sword. Included with this ultimate edition are bonus Avatar items, Gamerpics and even a full watch feature to sit back and enjoy Don Bluth's stunning animation. In Dragon's Lair, you play the heroic Dirk the Daring, a valiant knight on a quest to rescue the fair princess from the clutches of an evil dragon! Find your way through the castle of a dark wizard, who has enchanted it with treacherous monsters and obstacles. Lead on adventurer. Your quest awaits!

Jurassic Park: The Game ($19.99)

Security systems have failed and the creatures of the park roam free. Now, a rogue corporation will stop at nothing to acquire the embryos stolen and lost by Dennis Nedry. Experience a brand new adventure set during the events of the first Jurassic Park movie and see new areas and dinosaurs in this landmark adventure 65 million years in the making!

Tour de France 2011 (£3.99)

Tour de France is a concentrate of simulation and action that will immerse you at the heart of the greatest race in the world. Play as a professional cyclist and run for 21 stages filled with adrenaline and twists. Face current champions, manage your efforts the best you can throughout the race, and if necessary, form alliances to win a stage or take the lead of the general rankings. Nerves of steel and tactical sense will be required to win the legendary yellow jersey!

You'll notice that the latter two games mentioned are not available in all regions. Tour de France 2011 was the only one that's noted as not being available everywhere, but Jurassic Park: The Game doesn't seem to be available in the UK.

Also, don't forget about this month's Games with Gold, which is a program that gives Xbox Live Gold members four free games every month, as long as you claim them within the specified dates. You only have four more days to grab Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China (Xbox One) and MX vs ATV Reflex (Xbox 360), which expire on October 15. You have until the end of the month to claim Super Mega Baseball: Extra Innings.
