Microsoft and Kyndryl, the IT infrastructure services provider, have announced that they have teamed up for a global strategic partnership through which the group's capabilities will be integrated in the service of enterprise customers.

Through this collaboration, the two companies aim to provide advanced solutions built on the Microsoft Cloud. These solutions will modernize applications and processes, expedite hybrid cloud adoption, and further empower modern work experiences for customers.
The group will provide customer solutions in the fields of transformation of mission-critical workloads to the cloud, cyber security and resiliency, AI-driven innovations for industries, and data modernization and governance. Kyndryl will be responsible for heading advisory, implementation, and managed services for complex hybrid IT environments.
