Microsoft announces general availability of new Microsoft 365 apps

Today, Microsoft announced some improvements that are coming to Microsoft 365 Business and Office 365 Business Premium subscribers. A number of apps are now generally available, including Microsoft Connections, Listings, and Invoicing.

Microsoft Connections is all about sending out marketing emails, which are meant to "showcase your brand and drive sales." These include newsletters, announcements, and more, and you can also use it to set up incentives like referrals.

Microsoft Listings is about getting your business on social media and search engines. The goal is to get your organization on Bing, Facebook, Google, and Yelp from one central place, allowing for its information to be consistent across all of them.

Invoices does exactly what it sounds like, allowing you to create estimates and invoices. You can also use it for online payments, and as a way to track payments.

This adds onto apps that are already available through the plans. Bookings is also pretty self-explanatory, as it's meant to help you to manage appointments. There's also MileIQ, to help users to track their mileage, and classify their trip as personal or business.

Microsoft is showing no signs of slowing down its investments in both Microsoft 365 and Office 365. If you want to look into Microsoft 365 Business for your organization, you can find out more about it here.
