Today is the second Tuesday of the month, making it Patch Tuesday. That's the day that all supported versions of Windows 10 get an update. And despite the fact that a couple of versions of the OS won't be supported after today, everything except version 1511 gets an update.
If you're on the Windows 10 October 2018 Update, or version 1809, you'll get KB4493509, bringing the build number to 17763.437. You can manually download it here, and it contains the following fixes:

Provides protections against Spectre Variant 2 (CVE-2017-5715) and Meltdown (CVE-2017-5754) for VIA-based computers. These protections are enabled by default for the Windows Client, but disabled by default for Windows Server. For Windows Client (IT Pro) guidance, follow the instructions in KB4073119.
