Patch Tuesday was only six days ago, but Microsoft is releasing another round of cumulative updates today. Today's builds include patches for PCs running Windows 10 versions 1803, 1709, and 1703.
If you're on the Windows 10 April 2018 Update, or version 1803, you'll get KB4345421, which brings the build number to 17134.167. You can manually download it here, and it contains the following fixes:
Addresses an issue that may cause some devices running network monitoring workloads to receive the 0xD1 Stop error because of a race condition after installing the July update.
Addresses an issue with the DHCP Failover server that may cause enterprise clients to receive an invalid configuration when requesting a new IP address. This results in a loss of connectivity.
Addresses an issue that may cause the restart of the SQL Server service to fail occasionally with the error, “Tcp port is already in use”.
Addresses an issue that occurs when an administrator tries to stop the World Wide Web Publishing Service (W3SVC). The W3SVC remains in a "stopping" state, but cannot fully stop or it cannot be restarted.
It contains no known issues.
Like the previous update, KB4345420 only bumps the build number for PCs running the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, or version 1709, by a little bit to 16299.550. You can manually download it here, and it contains the exact same list of fixes, albeit with a couple of known issues:

Some non-English platforms may display the following string in English instead of the localized language: ”Reading scheduled jobs from file is not supported in this language mode.” This error appears when you try to read the scheduled jobs you've created and Device Guard is enabled | Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release. |

Finally, PCs on the Windows 10 Creators Update, or version 1703, will get KB4345419, and that brings the build number to 15063.1208. You can manually download it here, and it contains the same fixes as the updates listed above with the exception of the DHCP Failover server issue.
As usual, you don't have to actually manually install any of these, as they should be available via Windows Update.
Update: A previous version of this article listed the build number for version 1803 as 17134.166, as is stated in Microsoft's own changelog. However, upon installing the update, the build number is actually 17134.167.
