Although the title pretty much sums it up all by itself, recently it was revealed that THQ's Outrage Games studio was shut down. Mentioned as somewhat of a footnote in THQ's 2004 annual report and occurring sometime ago, the company revealed that Outrage Games, developer of last year's Xbox/PlayStation 2 action title Alter Echo,was shut down sometime during the fiscal year ended March 31st, 2004.
The mention of Outrage Games closing was put forth alongside word thatduring the year the company also downsized its Pacific Coast Power & Light studio (which is working on THQ's PSP titles), and restructured its product development department. The rest of THQ's annual report primarily covers financial and sales figures gone over in its past conference calls, presentations (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) and earnings reports (1, 2);
