Samsung and Disney through their partnership have introduced even more AR Emoji to the Galaxy S9. This time, the firms introduced Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, and Flash from Zootopia, which was released in 2016. Samsung has been on a roll since spring introducing Mickey and Minnie Mouse, several Incredibles characters, and characters from Frozen.
Discussing the perks of using AR Emoji, Samsung said:
“Messaging is much more fun with Samsung’s AR Emojis—augmented-reality avatars that mimic users’ expressions, transforming you via the camera app and offering a unique and creative way to inject personality into your messages.”
In order to use the new Zootopia characters, you’ll need to download them. Head to the camera’s AR Emoji mode and tap the plus icon on the right-hand side, then select the Zootopia AR Emoji pack from the Galaxy Apps store. Once you’ve got them you can then create and share animated emoji as images, videos or GIFs in third-party apps. You can also pin them onto the Galaxy S9’s Always on Display, or apply it as a video as the lock screen’s wallpaper.
