Microsoft has enabled a preview feature by default in the latest Windows 11 Dev Channel build 25206. It is related to improving the security of SMB NTLM authentication and reducing attack surfaces.
The latest Windows 11 Dev build improves the Dynamic Refresh Rate feature. It now supports external displays, allowing customers to preserve more energy by varying the refresh rate.
Microsoft has released a new Windows Server Preview today for Windows Insiders. Build 25206 is available in both ISO and VHDX formats, the ISO can be downloaded right now in 18 languages.
