Telegram has just released another big update. It includes one-time audio and video messages and the ability to see what time your messages were read at. There are also new features for Premium users.

Meta has added an option to WhatsApp that allows you to make new chats use disappearing messages by default. It has also added more options about how long a message should be visible before vanishing.
