Intel's hybrid CPUs are apparently struggling with latency issues as they can often be sluggish despite being much faster on paper than older CPUs like 10th or 11th gen, according to a report.
Announced back at CES 2023, a reviewer's guide of the AMD Ryzen 7950X3D has leaked showing it take on Intel i9-13900K. The figures suggest the X3D CPUs need a special Windows chipset driver.
Just like a year ago, the latest Windows 11 22H2 vs Windows 10 22H2 tests also show negligible differences between the two latest OS. Even if there's a gap, it is within single digit percentages.

After releasing some preliminary details about the Core i9-13900KS earlier today, Intel has published the official specs of more Raptor Lake-S SKUs including the i9-13900K, i7-13700K, and i5-13600K.
Intel and AMD fans can both celebrate soon. That's because a leaked Geekbench score of the new Ryzen 7950X shows performance essentially equivalent to Intel's upcoming 13th Gen Core i9-13900K.
