The latest cumulative update for Windows 11 finally makes changing the default browser in the operating system much easier. Users now can set their preferred browser as the default with just a click.
It was originally released two weeks ago for Windows Insiders, but nothing significant has blocked its path toward general release. You can choose to install it now or wait for Patch Tuesday.
Microsoft has released Windows 11 build 22000.588 (KB5011563) to Windows Insiders in the Beta and Release Preview Channels. The new build contains a long list of fixes and improvements.
