The final Patch Tuesday of 2022 on Windows 11 22H2 (KB5021255) is apparently causing issues on AMD Ryzen systems per some user reports. These users are reporting random 10-20 second freezes.

Microsoft says it has resolved Direct Access issues on Windows 10, Windows 11, and more. As a result of this bug, users found that they were unable to reconnect after a connection failed.
Microsoft has fixed a major bug in the Task Manager on Windows 11 version 22H2. This issue made Task Manager almost unreadable for some users as the colors and UI elements were broken.
Microsoft has released its December Patch Tuesday updates for Windows 11 22H2 and 21H2. A Windows 11 servicing stack update is also included to ensure future updates download and install properly.
