Microsoft has announced that it is in the process of completely revamping the Stream app on mobile. A beta is now available for both Android and iOS but it is missing some crucial functionalities.

Microsoft has updated the Android and iOS versions of its Stream app with new real-time video capture features and the ability to annotate on a video before, during, and after a recording.
After launching as a preview back in July 2016, Microsoft Stream is now generally available in 181 markets and in 44 languages. The video management tool is targeted at enterprise customers.
