Microsoft has added speech-to-text and text-to-speech capabilities to Xbox Party Chat. The features are now available to Insiders when they use the Party Chat service, which debuted in 2015.

Microsoft has just released Xbox Party Chat for its Android and iOS apps. Users are now able to create a party, invite players, and communicate with each other via voice or text chat.
Microsoft is rolling out Party Chat on the Xbox beta app for Android. While there are plans to introduce this feature in the iOS beta, those interested will have to submit a form to participate.
