Ubi Soft has released the editing tools for XIII, allowing prospective mod authors to create new levels for their recent cel-shaded first-person shooter. Details on the package are scarce but it contains the XIIIEd.exe editor that allows you to access, create and modify Help files, Maps, Prefabs, Sounds, Static Meshes, and Textures.
